TalentSensus market has a large active pool of talent and employers with the ability and budget to market the product in key areas. In parallel to onboarding of existing clients, we use online and offline media to increase use. Our sustainability model transfers the cost from the workforce system to the employer after year 1 achieving 6x direct B2B revenue
TalentSensus has three simple revenue points. 1) Price per-caseworker within the career center using the case management system: 2) Price per employer using TalentSensus 3) Annual Case Management system maintenance charge. Within each revenue point there are tiers dependent on volume/features and discounts for bulk employer license purchase (where a Board wishes to pay on behalf of employers in their area).
